IKE Bond - Non Callable and Not Convertible to Other Securities Offerings

An Edwards County closely held Kansas business corporation is offering three types of debt securities. All have a five year life and a $1,000 par value. The issue consists of:

• 210 bonds ($210,000 total) 8% semiannual coupon secured by commercial real estate located in Edwards County.
  
• 280 bonds ($280,000 total) 12% semiannual coupon secured by fixed assets other than real estate located in Edwards County.
  
• 260 bonds ($260,000 total) 20% semiannual coupon unsecured except by net working capital.
  

This issue is subject to all restrictions of the Invest Kansas Exemption and is neither registered with nor approved by any state or federal authority.
